Worst and best days with kettlebells (and in life)

One day you want to throw your kettlebell to the ground and think that perhaps you should end trying.

Then another day you pick your kettlebells, think what you need to do, decide and just lift.

And there could not be better feeling. :)

Of course this is the truth with many things in the life. You can do it, start over, do your best, get it done and feel damn good about it.
